The court of Elbasan has given today the security measures for the assistants of the highly wanted Nuredin Dumani, who was handcuffed a few days ago.
The trial panel chaired by Judge Matilda Fetahu imposed the security measure “prison arrest” for Duman’s ‘shame’, Henrik Hoxhaj. The 40-year-old is accused of “illegal possession of weapons, production of weapons of war, and support of the perpetrator.”
Immediately, Duman’s companion, Mirjeta Hajdini was released on the measure “obligation to appear”. The prosecutor of the case, Kreshnik Ajazi, requested an obligation to appear for the 20-year-old, who stated that she knew Duman by another name and had no knowledge of his past.
