Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has described Israel’s efforts to mediate and end the conflict between Russia and Ukraine as important and closely coordinated with Washington.
As he held a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett in Jerusalem he commented on the issue of Ukraine and Israel’s goodwill to mediate the war.
Earlier, Blinken said that the US does not have a concrete strategy for regime change in Russia. This follows the statement made by US President Joe Biden yesterday, where he said that Putin should no longer stay in power.
