The Democratic Party has appointed Enkelejd Alibeaj as Political Leader of the Shkodra region, after the resignation of Helidon Bushati.
In the press release, the blue headquarters says that it considers Shkodra region as one of the most important regions for the Democratic Party, so it has decided that this region will be led by a senior PD official, such as the Chairman of the Parliamentary Group, Enkelejd Alibeaj.
Shkodra, the municipality that is considered a bastion of the right, is one of the six municipalities where the local by-elections on March 6 will be held.
