Three people have been handcuffed, while another has been declared wanted, because in cooperation with each other, they have repeatedly falsified documents and trafficked vehicles from Italy to our country, using the customs agency they owned.
They are: EH, 24 years old, resident in Durrës, for the criminal offenses “Trafficking in motor vehicles” and “Actions that hinder the clarification of the truth”, committed in collaboration;
H., 63 years old, resident in Durrës, for the criminal offenses “Abuse of duty” and “Actions that hinder the clarification of the truth”, committed in collaboration.
Also, the security measure “Home arrest” was executed for the citizen EH, as well as the search for the citizen FH was announced, for the criminal offenses “Trafficking in motor vehicles” and “Actions that hinder the clarification of the truth”, committed in cooperation .
The police operation codenamed “Ado” is finalized, to crack down on the criminal activity of forging documents and trafficking in vehicles. Operation conducted by the Economic and Financial Crime Sector in DVP Durrës, in cooperation with the Prosecution of the Durrës Judicial District. Security measures are executed for 3 citizens, 1 other citizen is declared wanted. DVP Durrës structures, in cooperation with the Durrës Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office, following the work to prevent and crack down on criminal activity of document forgery and vehicle trafficking from other countries to our country, as a result of information received on the operational road , have well organized the work and have successfully finalized the police operation codenamed “Ado”, according to police.
Under the direction of the Prosecution of the Durrës Judicial District, work continues to identify other persons implicated in this criminal activity, while the materials were passed to the Prosecution of the Judicial District of Durrës, for further action.
