Dear citizens!
Given the dynamic and real-time assessment of the epidemiological situation with COVID -19, today 592 positive cases were reported, which represents the largest number of positive cases this year with a tendency to increase in the following days. In Prishtina alone, 218 positive cases were reported. We express our condolences to the families for the 6 cases of deaths reported during the last 24 hours.
The number of positive cases and deaths from COVID-19 continues to be high and worrying as a direct consequence of the neglect of the measures.
Overcrowded doctors in hospitals are fighting against this insidious and destructive virus with all their professional and human power. NIPHK reiterates its call for the implementation of all general and specific measures for protection against the COVID-19 pandemic.
Preventive measures are the same with the special emphasis that positive persons should stay at home to prevent the spread in the family and in the community. By reducing contacts, we will make it possible to stop the spread of infection.
