K. (K). K., 32 years old, resident in Fiershegan, Lushnjë.
The Court of First Instance Lushnja, with the decision of 14.12.2021, has imposed on this citizen the security measure “Prison arrest” for the criminal offenses “Cultivation of narcotic plants” and “Theft of electricity” committed in collaboration.
The 32-year-old, in cooperation with 3 other citizens who were arrested in flagrante delicto by the Police on 01.04 2021, during the police operation codenamed “Laboratory”, had adapted the first floor and the third floor of an apartment, with equipment that serves for cultivation of narcotic plants.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
