The voting process takes place at the new offices of the Democratic Party in the city of Patos. There are two candidates in this race, Ardjan Rama and Shezai Ymeraj.
According to MP Luan Baci, the delegate of the Democratic Party, this is a process that has no place for contestation.
Baci also stopped at the Alibeaj platform, presented the day before, a platform which, according to him, is disruptive for the PD base.
Even in the Patos branch, the process is conducted on the principle of one member one vote, while administered by a commission, members vote in two secret chambers.
