For the users of the transmission network in function of the internal energy market, the 3 components of the tariff could be applied. For the users of the transmission network in function of the external energy market, only the tariff for the use of the transmission network could be applied.
According to calculations, the average tariff of Suppliers could be 1.29 ALL / kWh (0.87 ALL / kWh – Transmission; 0.42 ALL / kWh – Operation; 0.005 ALL / kWh – Market), while for Manufacturers and traders who provide energy abroad it could be 0.87 lek / kWh ”it is stated in the application./Monitor
