Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 4 detained the wanted citizen SK, 33 years old, previously convicted for theft, after the Court of First Instance Tirana has assigned the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offense “Fraud”.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 6 made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen RB, 53 years old, for the criminal offense “Domestic Violence”, after he exercised physical violence against his cousin.
Traffic specialists made the arrest in flagrante delicto of citizens:
– Sh. Ll., 20 years old and G. Ç., 53 years old, after being caught driving the respective vehicles, without a driving license;
– OS, 39 years old, after being caught driving the vehicle, in a drunken state.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 1 prosecuted the citizens Sh. Mr., 31 years old and ES, 22 years old, for the criminal offense “Organizing illegal lotteries”, because in their respective phones, the Police services have found programs used to place sports lotteries.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 2 prosecuted the citizen NK, 38 years old, during a conflict for weak motives, punched the citizen SI, 61 years old.
On 03.02.2022, citizen SM, 41 years old, reported that he left the apartment and his brother, citizen EM, 43 years old, did not return. Work is underway to find him.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further action.
