The court imposed an obligation to appear for the four involved in the scheme of forgery of documents, where two of them are the former directors of the Mortgage of Tirana and Durrës.
They are former directors Thanas Leka and Dario Vasili and employees Lediana Bardhi and Rajmonda Dashi.
For Lediana Bardhi, an employee of the Albanian Development Fund, a suspension was imposed. Rajmonda Dashi and Thanas Leka, employees of DP AshK, have also been suspended from duty.

The Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Tirana, on 19.10.2020 has registered the criminal proceeding no. 6940 for the criminal offense of “Falsification of documents” provided by Article 186 of the Criminal Code, with the citizen BP
The citizen BP has reported the citizens LB and the citizen LL, where according to him he has faced a flagrant situation of illegality as these two persons in cooperation between them, but also with third persons, in contradiction and open violation of the law have appropriated the property of the complainant, by presenting false facts as well as falsifying documents.
Following the investigations by the Prosecution and subsequently approved by the Tirana Judicial District Court, security measures were imposed on the citizens, as follows:
1. LB as a person suspected of committing the criminal offense “Falsification of documents” provided by Article 186/3 of the Criminal Code and “Abuse of duty” provided in Article 248 of the Criminal Code, currently on duty at the Fund Albanian Development.

2. RD as a person suspected of the criminal offense of “Abuse of duty” provided by Article 248 of the Criminal Code, currently on duty at DP AshK.
