The Albanian national team has started the preparations for the last meeting of this month, the friendly with Estonia, which will be played on June 13 in “Air Albania”.
Meanwhile, the team has been joined by five recently invited new players, Arbnor Muçolli, Jon Mersinaj, Enis Çokaj, Simon Simoni and Kevin Haveri. The left winger is part of Rimini, while the 20-year-old has a concrete interest from the Turin club.
The changes have been made in order for the technical staff to give playing minutes to players who have not been activated in the two Nations League matches, as well as to try as many youngsters as possible.
After losing 2-1 to Israel on Friday night, the red and black team went down to the Tropical Complex on Saturday afternoon, with the team being divided into two groups.
The starting players have attended a rehab session, while the players joining the squad this weekend and those who had no space or had a reduced playing time, took the full load.
With only 1 point in two matches, the results of the first two matches of the League of Nations were far from expectations, something that was reflected by the situation in the red and black camp, which lacks the atmosphere before the match with Israel.
