The Court of the Judicial District in Tirana has decided as a security measure “Arrest in prison” for Arbër Sula, the former agent of Duty Crimes in Dibër, who shot dead 29-year-old Jurgen Duka.

Sula is charged with the criminal offense of “Intentional Murder”, who turned himself in two days ago at the police station, after constant talks with police and family members.
How did the event happen?
According to the Court file, provided by Top Channel, the investigation shows that in the first 20 minutes of December 14 last year, in “Market Juli”, in “Irfan Tomini” street, the citizen Jurgen Duka was killed with a firearm ( Meziri), living in the area of Kamza in Tirana.
The investigative file states that the victim entered the market accompanied by Orgest Drazhi, who together with the Duke had dinner at a restaurant in the area called “Fresku” and then left to go to the latter’s apartment. . Along the way, they stopped at the market, and being in a drunken state, debated with a customer. During the fight, the client shot at the victim with a firearm, pistol type and left immediately after the event.
At the scene were found and seized as material evidence, a cartridge and a projectile as well as a passport with the name of the citizen Jurgen Duka. From the film footage seized from the market, it turns out that the perpetrator of the murder left the scene in a black “Mercedes Benz” type vehicle. During the control of the victim in the premises of the trauma hospital in Tirana, a quantity of 2.8gr of suspected narcotics was found, among other things.
The investigative file states that the suspect Orgest Drazhi, who accompanied the victim, immediately after the murder left the scene and did not notify the investigative bodies. After the identification of this citizen, he went to his apartment in the village of Domje, where he was arrested.
By examining the film footage, it has become possible to identify the photograph of the perpetrator of the murder. The police bodies confirm that the person is Arbër Sula, born on November 10, 1994, with the position of assistant specialist in the police services sector at the Local Police Directorate in Debar. The offense committed by the suspect is provided by Article 76 of the Criminal Code and provides for a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison.
