But in his testimony, the 25-year-old speaks to the opposite. He confesses that he left the girl, explaining to her that he has a serious relationship with another. As for the intimate photos, he says they were made at the request of the girl. He claims that he never raped the girl, he claims that he sent her an sms, but not with a threatening text.
Immediately, the 25-year-old is behind bars and risks a sentence of 6 months to 4 years for the criminal offense of “threatening or harassing a person through repeated actions with the intent to cause a persistent and serious state of anxiety or fear for personal safety. , of a relative or of a person with whom he has a spiritual connection, or to force him to change his way of life ‘.
