Former director of prison ‘313 Jordan Misja’ Eduart Struga was sentenced by GJKKO to 2 years and 6 months in prison. The Special Court of Appeals Against Corruption and Organized Crime has sentenced the former director to a final decision, who will now return to the cells he has run, after he was investigated at large. Florjan Ahmetaj, head of the logistics sector, was also found guilty and sentenced to 4 years in prison on corruption charges. Businessman Ervin Kurtulla was sentenced to 3 years in prison for being involved in a corrupt scheme.

For Struga and Ahmetaj it was also decided to remove the right to exercise public functions for 5 years.

The former director of the prison, Eduart Struga, together with Florjan Ahmetaj and Ervik Kurtulla, were arrested in April 2020 after in exchange for money they had allowed the activity of a minimarket inside the prison 313.
