Kosovo will help Ukraine, Western leaders thank Kurti

Prime Minister Kurti joined the “Stand up for Ukraine” event, together with leaders from around the world, who through video recordings have expressed the support and solidarity of their countries with the people of Ukraine.

Condemning the Russian invasion and aggression, Prime Minister Kurti sent a message about the readiness of the Republic of Kosovo for the reception of 5,000 Ukrainian refugees, the allocation of humanitarian aid funds, as well as the special fund for housing and accommodation for work of 20 journalists from Ukraine. A Ukrainian journalist has already arrived and is continuing her journalistic mission from Kosovo.
