A mass grave was discovered in the city of Bucha, on the outskirts of the Ukrainian capital Kiev this Sunday.
Residents told CNN that the bodies were buried in the territory of the Church of St. Andrew and Pyervozvannoho of All Saints, in the early days of the war.
According to them, the victims are mostly civilians killed in the fighting around Bucha.
The mayor of Bucha said there could be up to 300 victims buried.
The city of Bucha has experienced the heaviest bombing since the beginning of the war, as Kiev has been Russia’s first target.
