The Prosecution of the Court of First Instance Lushnje has requested the confiscation of the assets of the citizen Fatmir Abduramani, after the completion of the investigation and property proceedings of 2021.
This citizen was convicted in the Italian state for committing the criminal offenses “Favoring and exploiting prostitution”, etc.
This property proceeding has started on the basis of reference materials sent by the Local Police Directorate of Fier and other verifications performed against the citizen FA and his relatives.
More specifically, the confiscation and transfer to state ownership of the seven immovable properties of the citizen FA was requested as follows:
- Property No. 221314-N13, zk8571, Lushnje, with an area of 27.03 m2 of the type “service unit”;
- Property No. 22/314-N14. zk8571, Lushnje, with an area of 184.11 m2, of the type “service unit”;
- Property No. 22/314-N15, zk.8571, Lushnje, with an area of 54.9 m2, of the type “service unit”;
- Property No. 221314-G. zk8571, Lushnje, with an area of 107.95 m2, of the “garage” type;
- Property No. 18/199 + 2-89, Lushnje, with an area of 130.58 m2, of the “apartment” type;
- Service premises with an area of 64.8 m2;
- Apartment with no. 3, IV floor, quota 18.63, with an area of 78.49m2;
