The Prime Minister says that through the initiative of the “National Consultation”, and the questionnaires that are being sent to the homes of citizens, the aim is: Through a questionnaire that is arriving in your homes, I want to give life to a popular assembly where everyone’s opinion is taken on issues of strategic importance for the country, economy, family, justice, our democratic coexistence.

I believe that we Albanians have the opportunity to move forward much faster, listening to each other and thinking about each other.
You are getting acquainted day by day with a new initiative of the government, the National Counseling for Albania. Through a questionnaire that is arriving in your homes, I want to give life to a popular assembly where everyone’s opinion is taken on issues of strategic importance for the country, economy, family, justice, our democratic coexistence.
Every Albanian house will receive a National Counseling questionnaire by mail. Older people can complete the questionnaire and resend it to us by mail at no cost. Others can give their opinion through the National Counseling online site on our co-government platform. Everyone will also be able to use the National Counseling points that will be opened in each municipality.
It is time to draw all our lessons from these three decades of democratic struggle and not allow party trenches or fights for personal interests within them to take our future hostage in the name of the past, of the old “right” clichés. left ”, of loyalty to one or the other. It is time to talk more as Albanians, as citizens, as people, than as fighters of trenches, anger, resentment against each other. It is time to listen to each other’s thoughts and ideas about our common home, Albania, and to consult together on important decisions for the Albanian family.
