Polish Health Minister Adam Niedzielski announced today that the current drop in Covid-19 infections indicates that the fourth wave of the coronavirus is quite different from the waves experienced before.
Adam Niedzielski said on Twitter that, over the last two days there has been a drop in infections from week to week by over 5 percent, which means that the daily average of the last two weeks of over 23,000 new infections is finally decreasing .
Niedzielski said that, the figures showed that the peak of the current fourth wave Covid-19 was clearly different from the previous waves. The Ministry of Health in Poland reported yesterday 24,991 new infections with Covid-19, compared to the daily average of the previous two weeks of 25,576.
