At least six people, including a child, were injured in an explosion in Ukraine’s second largest city, Kharkiv.
The blast destroyed a government building, reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
“Russia is waging war against international humanitarian law. Kills civilians, destroys civilian infrastructure. “Russia’s main target is the big cities it is firing rockets at,” Ukraine’s foreign ministry wrote on Twitter on Tuesday.
A video posted by Kostantyn Nemichev, Kharkiv Chief of Defense Staff, showed the aftermath of the alleged attack, including the inside of the building which had been turned into rubble.
