Albania’s permanent envoy to the United Nations, Ferit Hoxha, has called Russia’s accusations that the United States has conducted experiments to produce biological weapons in Ukraine a conspiracy theory.
During his speech at the UN, Hoxha said that Russia’s accusations are “part of the information war”, which the state has undertaken since 17 days has launched the attack on Ukraine.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said three days ago that America had experimented in Ukraine to produce deadly biological weapons.
“The UN envoy said there was no evidence of this, and it is not surprising, that the US is doing so in complete secrecy. There is a convention banning biological and toxic weapons. “Those who are armed in Ukraine must understand that they will be held accountable, just like those countries that send mercenaries to Ukraine,” Lavrov said.
