The KPA decided on Monday, February 7, to suspend member Ardian Hajdari. Hajdari was taken as a defendant by SPAK.
Ardian Hajdari is the second member of the College to be suspended, after Luan Daci, who was fired after pleading guilty to falsifying the application form for a position in a vetting institution.
Notification
After being informed about the appointment of Judge Ardian Hajdari as a defendant by the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime, the Special Appellate Panel held on 07.02.2022, the Meeting of Judges, which with decision no. 13, dated 07.02.2022, pursuant to Article C, point 3 of the Annex to the Constitution, Article 128, point 3, letter “b”, Article 179, point 7, as well as Article 179 / b, points 5 and 6 of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, decided:
1. Suspension from duty of the judge of the Special Appellate Panel, Mr. Ardian Hajdari.
This decision enters into force immediately.
