The owner of the apartment is arrested in flagrante delicto.
Following the successive operational strikes against the cultivation and trafficking of narcotics, the Durrës Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the investigative structures in the Durrës DVP has successfully organized and finalized the police operation codenamed “Prevention”.
Based on the information received on the operational road that in the 15th district of Durrës, a citizen was preparing the third floor of his apartment to adapt it for the cultivation of narcotic plants, by heating with lamps, the police services organized the work and exercised control over this environment.
From the control exercised in the apartment of the citizen P. Ll, the Police officers found and seized as material evidence, 4800 Cannabis Sativa seeds, a quantity of narcotics, 23 lamps and 22 condensers, as well as other equipment that would serve for the cultivation of cannabis, by means of lamps.
At the end of the actions, the citizen P. Ll., 47 years old, resident in Durrës, was arrested in flagrante delicto.
The materials were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Durrës Judicial District Court, for the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants”, which remained an attempt.
