The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, invited this Monday on the show “Top Story”, said that the Prosecution has not done the right thing with the case of “January 21”, where four innocent citizens were killed.
Taulant Balla: The bullet that was extracted from the body of Alex Nika according to experts by the police. I know that there is a commitment to identify the shell that caused his death, it is not closed, it is in the hands, the Prosecution has not done the right thing, so it is one more reason to shout at the SPAK. Jurisdiction of SPAK, each politician is a separate jurisdiction. There is a statement by Berisha, who gave new elements of January 21. If SPAK does not call Berisha for what he said on the issue of a large sum of money from Gazprom, I have the right to file accusations that SPAK is incompetent.
Sokol Balla: Disabled or shy?
Taulant Balla: I will say shy when SPAK ends its 9-year term.
