The Malësi e Madhe Police Commissariat structures, after receiving the notification for threatening with firearms for property motives, organized and finalized the police operation codenamed “Prevention”, to prevent the escalation of this conflict.
As a result of this operation, the citizen SK, 29 years old, resident in the village of Gruemirë-Çezme, Malësi e Madhe, was arrested in flagrante delicto.
This citizen, after having a conflict for property motives, with his uncle, the citizen Sh. K., 64, threatened him by firing into the air with an automatic firearm.
Thanks to swift action, the Police services have caught and arrested the 29-year-old in flagrante delicto, thus preventing further escalation of the conflict.
During the control of the area, in the place called “Grop Kuqe Bracaj” of the village Gruemirë-Çezme, Malësi e Madhe, was found and seized as material evidence the firearm with which it is suspected that the citizen SK shot in the air
The materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Shkodra Judicial District Court, for the criminal offenses “Threat” and “Illegal possession of weapons and ammunition.”
