The Constitutional Court has accepted the request of Emiliano Shullazi, allowing him to leave the 41 bis regime.

The trial against Emiliano Shullazi and his associates, which started in December 2018 on Appeal, has had an unprecedented delay, where over 40 hearings have been postponed.
Emiljano Shullazi, Gilmando Dani, Endrit Zela, Endrit Qyqa and Blerim Shullazi were sentenced in December 2018 by the Serious Crimes Court to 55 years in prison for the criminal offenses “Creation of a group of criminal structures”, “Fines” and “Threats due to of duty ”.
