The counting of votes ended at polling station 18 in Buhic, Presevo, where Shaip Kamberi secured 27 votes, while Shqiprim Arifi 5 and one was invalid.
Voting was repeated in Serbia this Saturday in several polling stations. In the Presevo Valley it was re-voted in only one center, further reducing the possibility of representing Albanians in the Parliament of Serbia.
289 people have the right to vote in polling station number 18 in Buhic, Presevo. However, the interest of Albanians to participate in these elections was low.
Thus, even Shaip Kamberi, who is in the race to win another term in the Assembly of Serbia, will not be able to reach the 300 votes he needs to cross the threshold.
Only 8 Albanian citizens voted in this center until 15:00. The leader of the Coalition of Albanians has so far managed to collect over 9600 votes.
Voting was repeated in Serbia on April 16 in 43 polling stations for the parliamentary elections and in 21 polling stations for the presidential elections. This decision was issued by the Republican Election Commission because in some of these polling stations the result could not be determined and in others there were irregularities in the April 3 elections.
