“At 6 o’clock in the morning there was a person with a mask, I went to the apartment, he had reached the apartment before us and entered the children’s room, then he put me on the ground with a gun, there were a couple. There were 5 children there, the eldest one was sleeping. The boy got scared and ran behind the house, he closed the door to the children, and told me to sit on the ladder. He said to his wife, go make a coffee, he said come on, try that you haven’t poisoned me, the wife tried it and drank it. Then he came in with a mask. He told me to come inside, he laid me upside down and tied me with a rope. He gave the rope to his wife and tied the master, he had a red mask. After my wife tied me to the iron of the bed and then tied my wife and told me you won’t do anything. Then she went to the children’s room and the maid, who is 15 years old, ran away, the second youngest daughter, she ran away and went to call the police, my house is half an hour away from the center of the village. He came to the room and told me that the girl ran away. I recognized him that the day before he came as a butcher to buy a calf, he bought the calf for me. He took the money from the bag that I sold the beef, told the woman to strip, stripped her in the middle and down and did not do anything. There he took the servant he saw and took him to the cow stable, threatened him with a knife and told him not to do anything because I’m going to bite, I’m looking for justice”said the father.
While the minor girl confessed that he had never been to their house.
“I am blind of the second group. I didn’t see anything, we were closed, he took me to a cattle shed and then he did that act, he raped me. It’s the first time, it’s never been at home before”said the little girl.
“He got the punishment he deserved and I never forgive that person”said the head of the family.
While the uncle requests that the author does not receive a light sentence from the Albanian justice institutions.
“My brother has been tied up and tortured, I ask from justice that the gentleman receives the punishment he deserves, I thank the police of Vlora for saving him. I ask that the gentleman does not get a light punishment. As an uncle, I do not forgive him“, said Avni Ferraj, the minor’s uncle.
