The Special Court sentenced Bujar Leza, the accomplice of the perpetrator of Behar Sofia’s murder, to prison on February 25 in Tirana.
Leza cried during the court hearing and said he had not done so.
How did the execution happen?
Sources show that the victim Behar Sofia was drinking coffee below his apartment, on the second floor of a shopping center near Elbasan Street, a bar which he frequented often and which was always in the presence of other people, the same itinerary, Sofia followed on Thursday. He drank coffee early in the morning and went out for a walk, two days after passing Covid-19.
According to information, the author had waited for him on the bridge between the area of the Pyramid and the Catholic Cathedral of St. Paul. The main line of investigation is that of murder for money laundering due to disruption of drug deals, but a small possibility is that the murder may have been done for banal reasons as well.
Who is Behar Sofia?
Behar Sofia, turns out to be a supporter of one of the political parties in the country and with numerous recognitions in the state police, being also a successful businessman in Tirana.
