Former Appellate Prosecutor, Shkëlqim Hajdari was invited today to the show ‘Top Talk’.
Hajdari is convinced that in the coming months, periodically, there will be people who will face justice, while adding that SPAK does not lack professionalism, but also the support of internationals!
The former prosecutor says that the internationals totally support the investigations and files that are in the hands of the SPAK prosecutors, while he states that the USA has evidence for the persons declared ‘non grata’ and is ready to bring them if the law enforcement bodies will request them!
Excerpts from the studio conversation:
Denis Dyrnjaja: There is a debate about the administrative power that SPAK has very few prosecutors, so about 20 prosecutors are enough for such important, weighty issues and require time to be investigated?
Shkëlqim Hajdari: Prosecutors and three or four will complete the full number of staff that is defined in the Constitution, but the most important thing is that a month and a half ago the staff of BKH was completed because we need to know that prosecutors lead the investigation. They are already complete, they have taken over the file for investigation, international support of international factors is absolute. They call us to ‘investigate, investigate, investigate’. Do not forget the occasional statements made by the US Ambassador and the EU Ambassador, “investigate because if we have materials and evidence for senior Albanian officials, investigate, you ask us for what you have, we have it and we bring it to you. Pro ama, want to encourage the Albanian internal organs to take over the mission for which they were built, to build the criminal crackdown on people working in Albania.
Denis Dyrnjaja: Sali Berisha is saying bring me only one proof and then I know what decision I make for myself. Is this a case that this evidence is not coming and is it a public speculation?
Shkëlqim Hajdari: Even the Americans through vice. Assistant Secretary of State responded to Sokol Ballës saying: we are ready if law enforcement agencies will seek evidence for ‘non grata’ persons including the person in question our law enforcement agencies are ready to bring them!
