Seven officials of the Tirana Cadastre have been suspended for “Abuse of duty”, after they alienated a property in the center of Tirana and legalized it as a hotel.
According to journalist Anila Hoxha, they alienated the property in the center of Tirana near the Supreme Court, at a time when it was an existing construction and legalized it as a hotel.
The Court of Tirana imposed the measure “Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service” for: WB; AC; D. Ll .; EP; KD; GT and E. Sh. for the offense of abuse of office.
Whereas for two others ET and ET aggravated the criminal offense “Fraud” committed in collaboration and the security measure “Obligation to report to the judicial police” was imposed.
