Three people have been arrested by the Tirana Traffic Police, as they were driving under the influence of narcotics.
Together with the three arrested, OK, 41 years old, AS, 29 years old and RU, 21 years old, the number of drivers who have been under the influence of drugs, after testing with the AquilaScan device, goes to 28.
The youth are charged with “Irregular driving”, while the materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedural actions.
