An awareness campaign has been launched in the capital on the use of public transport, which aims to educate the next generation on how urban transport should be used.
The campaign that will last until June 17 includes an improvised bus where every day elementary school children aged 7-10, through group play will be informed about the rules of public transport.
“Today starts the awareness campaign for a responsible passenger. “Children through group games will improvise by playing the role of passenger, the role of the biller, the role of the driver and so on.” said the Director of the Consumer Protection Agency, Laura Deliu.
The Consumer Protection Agency, which is responsible for controlling the public transport service, through this campaign seeks to return the focus to information to achieve the best possible conditions for the service of citizens.
“Today, to be fair, the right is given to control with a lot of focus, but we have gone to the other side which is awareness, how should we be aware, how should a passenger respect the rules and respecting the rules and knowing their rights they are given the opportunity to better claim their rights “, said Deliu.
Public transport is a means widely used by citizens to move during the day in the capital, but in recent years there have been complaints against this service regarding the conditions they offer.
