A citizen was wounded with a firearm this Monday in Gjirokastra, by his neighbor.
It is suspected that the 71-year-old with the initials HM wanted to shoot the dog of the 68-year-old with the initials SM with a shotgun, but the target error caused the latter to be injured.
The event took place around 10:05 in the village of Picar in Gjirokastra.
The suspect has been arrested and the weapon of the crime has been seized, while the injured has received medical assistance and is out of danger for life.
