This morning, the General Directorate of State Police, while talking about false news published in the media, wrote that the former MP Bllako was in the Local Police Directorate in Tirana.

“The General Directorate of State Police informs the public that despite some false news on the escape of the citizen Alqi Bllako, this citizen is in the Local Police Directorate of Tirana since last night.“- it was said in the notification of the police.

But, while the police hurried to deny the media, the Special Prosecution denied it, according to which the decision to arrest former MP Alqi Bllako was taken in the early hours of this morning.

“At 15.45, on 31.03.2022, the court decision to impose a security measure on the citizen Alqi Bllako was given for execution to the structures of the State Police. The decision was executed by the State Police at 03.30 on 01.04.2022. ”-is specified in the letter of SPAK, for the former deputy Bllako.

Former MP Alqi Bllako, the Prosecution has filed charges of “Abuse of duty” in collaboration and “Passive corruption of senior state officials.” He is suspected that in cooperation with the former Minister of Environment Lefter Koka, and another official of the Ministry, have prepared falsified documentation regarding the data of the expropriated property, for the construction of the incinerator of Fier, changing the definition from “field” to “Land”, increasing the value of expropriation.
