The voting process for the election of the new chairman of the Democratic Party in Kukës officially begins.
In Kukës, three polling stations have been opened for the election of the new leader of the Democratic Party, two in the city where the members of the city will vote, of the group sections of Gryka e Vanave, Topojan, Shishtavec, Zapod, Bicaj, Malzi, Terthore, Shtiqen, Surroj, Arren, Kolsh.
The other center is in the village of Bushtri, where the Bushtrice Ujmisht, Gryke-Caje and Kalis sections will vote in groups. Members who are not on the list will also participate in the elections by voting with a membership card accompanied by an ID card.
Sali Berisha and Ibsen Elezi are the two candidates for chairman of the Democratic Party, in the elections that will be held today by the Re-establishment Commission. The voting process started at 08:00, will close at 18:00 and will take place in 108 polling stations.
Elezi has held the post of chairman of the Democratic Party in Kukës, and it is not known whether the people of Kukës will vote for him or Sali Berisha.
