A restaurant where cocaine was consumed and sold was identified by police in Tirana, who then handcuffed its owner.
The 42-year-old with the initials LE had adapted the restaurant he owned for the sale and use of cocaine, police report.
During the search of the premises and the apartment, he was found with a pistol firearm and ammunition, a quantity of cocaine, an electronic scale used for weighing the narcotics and two cold steel knives.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further action.
