Laçi under construction, Egyptian community homeless

After the concern of the residents, the journalists addressed the municipality of Kurbin, where the mayor Majlinda Cara said that in the city of Laç, 2 development zones have been approved, zone 1/1 and zone 1/2. In zone 1/1 for development, the construction process of 524 apartments has been completed, while zone 1/2 is in the process of expropriating the land of the dormitory area.

The constructions in that area belong to the Development Fund where it is planned to accommodate 200 families. These families are contracted with a bonus and will be treated with a bonus until the moment of their home equipping. There are a total of 750 homeless families in the Laç area, while the area that has been completed has only 524 apartments.

Residents of the former dormitory area to be quiet because they will not be taken out on the street. This month or next month I do not know when they will be mobilized but the works must be completed first then we have to distribute them.

Following a request for information from the editorial office of the show Fiks Fare at the Albanian Development Fund, regarding the delay of reconstruction procedures in the area of ​​former dormitories in the city of Kurbin, it was said that the property on which the reconstruction is planned is a property which must go through the expropriation procedures and for this a lawsuit has been opened and for this the city municipality can not proceed with a construction permit.
