A 28-year-old man was arrested today in Vlora after breaking the measure of house arrest and circulating firearms with him.
The young man with the initials AH, resident in Vlora, is charged with the criminal offenses “Illegal production and possession of weapons and ammunition” and “Removal of a prisoner from his place of residence.”
During the control in the motor vehicle without license plates, with which this citizen was driving, in the neighborhood “24 Maji”, the firearm was found and seized, as material evidence.
Against this citizen, the Court of the Judicial District of Vlora, with the decision of 02.02.2021, has imposed the security measure “Home arrest”, for the criminal offenses “Illegal production and possession of weapons and ammunition” and “Breaking the peace” public ”.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Vlora, for further actions.
