The President of the country Ilir Meta and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka have reacted after the decision of the International Court of Justice for the aggression against Ukraine.
They have welcomed the order of the International Court of Justice.
“We welcome today’s order of the International Court of Justice, for the temporary measures of immediate suspension of military operations by #Russia or any organization or person. “Albania fully supports the responsibility for every crime committed in #Ukraine and calls on Russia to obey the order of the Court.”writes Xhaçka.
“I welcome today’s decision by the International Court of Justice to order Russia to suspend its occupation of Ukraine. Stressing that there is no evidence to support Russia’s justification for the war, the ICJ reaffirms that the international community in unison has argued that this aggression is unjustified and unprovoked. The Russian occupation of Ukraine must stop immediately and the Russian occupying forces must withdraw from Ukraine. “Albania is on the side of friendly Ukraine, in support of its heroic struggle in defense of independence, territorial integrity and European values.”writes Meta.
The International Court of Justice in The Hague today ordered Moscow to immediately stop the invasion of Ukraine.
